I think if you cartoonize a little her body, it would make a perfect piece.
She's too real in comparison to the effects you added, so it's difficult for the human eye to perceive this as a whole frame, it is more likely everyone watches her and totally ignores the beautiful effects you also added.
So you could turn her from human form, into a cartoon form (make her body pale and transformed and similar to the flowers and birds and all).
Still, it is beautiful. I used to be a ballerina until I turned 14, so it's kind of nostalgic and nice to recall memories.
