Description

Ameysha was actually an NPC from one of my Astara campaigns. In fact, she belonged to an artifact that the players found and used from then on. Whenever the weapon was wielded, Ameysha's ghostly form with her three solar eagles would manifest and aid in battle. The sad truth about Ameysha, however, was that she had been dead for millennia. The ghostly figure is just an image of her soul, which the magical Soul Eater weapon had once absorbed and destroyed forever.
I painted Ameysha on a whim. I simply picked up a clothing catalog as a reference. I drew the whole thing - quite clumsily as you can see - simply with a pencil on printer paper. Later I scanned it, manipulated a photo and placed it behind it and colored it in Photoshop CS2.
