The timing of the capture with the pigeon directly above the woman is perfect. The vision is very good too, i get the impression that you must have recognised the possibility in the scene with the pedestrians and birds in this area and waited for the image to appear.

I like the setting for the image toothe grandeur of the collumns that draw the eye into the image, giving it depth, juxtaposed against the rough wodden fencing, choosing to show the image in grayscale adds to the cold and slightly depressed mood.

It makes me think that the old woman has been feeding the birds
