Ooo! This reminds of me of two things: one, the map I'm designing for a book I hope to write, two it reminds me of Pokemon Region maps (like Sinnoh, Hoenn and so forth!)
This is very cool!

This is a great map. Though a few minor problems. The biggest, most obvious, is Medeol Island as it isn't an island at all and rivals the main land mass in size. Perhaps a different name? Like The "Continent of Medeol", or "Medeol Basin"
Second is "Norther Big Glacier". Idk the name kind of just feels flat, ya know?
You also put "North" in a a few names...usually this indicates that there is also a "South" or southern equivalent. Ex: North Niuk - South Niuk. Or perhaps a "Niuk" and then a "North Niuk". Otherwise it doesn't really make sense to call a place North. If your intent is to signify that it is in the north - there's no need. A look at the map will give any viewer that information. Personally I'd take "Little North Niuk" and rename it to "South Niuk" or something, or drop the North entirely and maybe rename the island to "Niuk Island"?
Another thing you neglected is naming landmarks. Examples: Mountains, rivers, lakes, deltas, straits(you've got at least 2 straits that are RIPE for the naming!), Desserts, and oceans. If this is for a personal project (maybe a fantasy story?) then these landmarks are pretty essential. The characters in your story will no doubt travel across the "Lira Dessert", "The Plains of Thol", or travel across the "Straits of Devastation" (names I pulled out of my butt). Can you think of a good fantasy story where they aren't climbing "Blah Blah Mountain"? It also helps to ground your world if you can say X events happened near X landmark. This can give some much needed reference to the reader.Β
Also remember to name those little red dots. You said they are cities, but what are their names? Will your adventurers not visit this shiny red dots? It might be nice to visit the "Kingdom of Thol" or something.
And the final thing is to pay attention to geography. For this you can just observe the map of our (real) world, or look at other fantasy maps. For example, you have a river running through the dessert. Everything around that river should be green. Rivers breathe life into the land so keep that in mind. Lakes are a big part of shaping the geography of your land. lakes don't just happen...they are usually fed into by a mountain and then empty out into the sea by a river. You don't see a lake sitting on its own very often without a source, and its always surrounded by greenery or mountains. Also remember that land isn't so rounded and soft. it has hard, jagged edges that are random and create interesting shapes. Often being eroded and shaped by the sea, lakes, rivers, wind, etc.Β
Sorry for the wall of text. Just some critiques

I will reply with order:
-Medeol Island is recognized like "Island" in my project, even if it's (really) big. like Pluto, that is a "midget planet".. I don't know if you understand the comparison Β
-"Northen Big Glacier" is just the name of the area, all people at the end call it "The big Glacier" or names like that... And if you refer to the flat color.... I didn't know how to make an ice pattern ^^" it's my first map , same thing goes to Niuk. (of course there are a "South" but.... read point below)
-For the names, I placed just few names because of space. If I had put ALL names the result was something really messy. I'm planning to create a map for every place of the world so I can add more names (cities, lakes, rivers, mountains, etc)
-for geography: the desert areas in real are not "really desert" I mean.... You know Egypt? like that. For lakes: the REAL lakes are one in Lira Country and in North Niuk (""feeded" by less important rivers, don't drawn in map), The one in Medeol Island is like the actual "black sea" or "red sea".. like a little see detached from the main one... I don't know if you understand...
Anyway I want to say thank you for this comment!
Now I know what I have to fix in future maps

It's a nerd thing, no worries
i just thought that if you could create a good Dungeons&Dragons adventure in a world then it's a well-created world.
But i'm not sure. I'm tired
