I have to say - your design for the wings and costume is fantastic. Both elements are interesting and fresh while still being easily recognizable - not an easy feat in the slightest, but awesomely done here!
The face, though, is not quite so recognizable. While the face is lovely and would be excellent for a standalone, you seem to have based your Tink on the Disney version. With that in mind, the strong jaw and lean cheeks don't seem quite right; I'd recommend rounding both a little for a real 'Tink' feel.
The pose itself is also a little troublesome. While it looks good at a glance, the way the toes turn in - particularly on the weight-bearing foot - seems uncomfortable and offbalance; even if Tink is meant to be hovering, it's an odd and unnatural pose. It also doesn't seem quite 'sassy' enough for our girl; why not place her hand on the cocked hip and move the lantern to the other hand? I know the lantern is being held to illuminate what she's looking at, but changing the position to the other arm isn't hanging might help. (Hanging arms do work in some instances, particularly walking poses, but it seems a little unnatural here.) Her knees are also a bit long, almost as if she's double-jointed there, and - nitpicky, I confess, but the delicate, very thin lines of the lantern seem slightly out of place with the strong lines elsewhere. Thickening the lamp's sihouette line might help there.
Overall, this is awesome! It's a gorgeous design that I really love, and I'd like to see more in this vein. ^^

Did you reverse the image of one wing to use on the other side? They look VERY similar, which they would if they were machined. If you did them each separately...just WOW.

I would like to say yeah I drew both of them freely but I didnt. I did mirror them and the just tweek them a little. I thought I could get away with is seeing as they are mechanical. Plus drawing one took me hours to get it right, I dont think I could have handled the frustration trying to do the second wing lol.

Those are some pretty sweet wings! They could probably chop you up if you fly too close :b
