This is very well done. You've composed this moving monkey perfectly, and although this was at a zoo, you've managed to capture it on in a pretty natural setting. If you were to see this picture and not know it was taken at a zoo, you wouldn't know it wasn't take in the wild. I really like the space below the log, allowing the viewer to see the monkey is running over water. Whatever is in the bottom right corner of the frame is a little distracting, but if you cropped it out you might lose some of the monkey's tail, so I wouldn't crop it.
Your use of a shallow depth of field here creates a great background. There's not much contrast between the monkey and the background, but I don't think that takes away from the image all that much. Clarity wise, this picture is nice and sharp, and you managed to virtually freeze the monkey, aside from that one back leg (which I think helps with your sense of movement). The expression you've captured on the monkey is very playful, and it really looks like it's having a great time.
Great job!

Wow! Very interesting monkey. I love to see how monkeys act. There are very cute and resemble human's behavior a lot.
It's just a pity that the color of the background is similar to the body of the monkey which doesn't make a strong contrast.
