Just need to draw the wings in a way that won't cover her hindlegs, cause I like how they look. I was having trouble with the wings and have been too lazy to redo them so I'm uploading this for the time being.Ughhh dammit her face looks like shit though when I mirror-image this. Her muzzle/forehead/eye placement are all somehow really awkward. I hate how I don't see when facial structure is horrid until I hold a sketch up to a mirror. So.. for some reason like this it looks perfectly fine to me, but to others her face probably looks awful. I'll try to fix it.

Gorgeous Alex, I agree with what someone said about the one front paw, I think it should be extended rather then bent the way it is, as in extended more than the other one. But its a gorgeous piece and you pulled off quite a difficult pose perfectly.
As for the wings....hmmm....it would be a shame to cover up any of her body as its so nice, so maybe up above her body but like curved, as in the feathers look like they're coming towards the viewer above her body. Gah...I dont know if that makes any sense, note me if you'd like me to show you what I mean! Cant wait to see the finished picture!

I think her face looks fine and altogether she looks great so far in my opinion. The only thing that looks a little funny to me is her left front leg, the one that's more curled than the other. I can't really say why, maybe it's the angle or something, but other than that all's well. Have you tried putting her wings out to the side like she's in a glide? It would work well with the angle of her body but it'd cover most of her chest I guess.. Just a thought. Can't wait to see the finished product. ^^
