I feel like there should be a bit of shadow above/on the collar or something. That area draws the eye more than it should, since I think people's eyes should be drawn immediately to the face. I do like the work you did with shading on his face and suit though, and that expression on his face is wonderfully malevolent.

I'm guessing you wrote the text rather than finding a font? Either way, looks good. The yellow is a nice contrast to the greyscale that the rest of the picture has going for it.
