An MMD Discord server that I'm in is having a monthly contest with a theme of "product advertisement." Well, I had this half-finished accessory lying around that I had planned to use for a silly comic, but the comic never got made. But I did want to share this because hey, maybe someone else needs a bottle of hair dye for whatever reason!
This model is 100% made by me using PMX editor for the mesh and Paint.net for the textures, toons, and spheres. I used a scanner on my own hair and recolored it to get the various background textures for the box. None of these are my natural hair color, sadly, although I wish some of them were! The final model includes an openable box with a bottle inside, along with morphs that open the tip of the nozzle, make the bottle empty, and change the dye to one of 8 preset colors.
The hair dye is not meant to reflect any real-world brands or products, and as such I named the brand "Dying for the Art." The label proudly proclaims it to be the #1 cosplay brand of hair dye. Now you can look just as good as Miku! Colors include:
- Super Sayian
- Background Brown (for all those non-main character types that exist to give us crowd scenes!)
- Sakura Madoka
- Arceus Fur
- Habanero Red
- Minty Miku
- Midnight Mystery
- and Hedgehog Blue (pictured above)
Rules: Free to use and edit, just remember to give credit. No R-18, and no commercial use.
