Actually there's 3 here! I'm pretty sure I don't have to say why I drew him, it's probably pretty obvious. I tried in vain to find my sketchbook with several pictures of him in it, all I have right now is his figurine (without his shirt, which got stained T_T) and a crappy jpeg from when I made a collage with him on it. Old Tony was quite different in personality from Alp Tony, but they certainly had similar fashion sense. As for hair, see Hex! The character is well over 16 years old now, and he wasn't drawn as often as Zero or Will or any of my other old characters but he was still a character design I really liked, which is why I sort of cannibalized elements of the character for designs in CTV. Now where is that blasted sketchbook!
And in the middle is what Alp Tony looked like when first started drawing him. This was back in the Calvin and Hobbes anatomy phase of my drawings. ^_^ I got rid of the second row of curlies because they often looked like he had long eyelashes instead.
