Here are a few Sonic couples having a fruttare smoothie ice-cream. There are 3 different flavours those include banana strawberry and coconut. Here is a list on who's having what flavour.Banana: Sonic Tails Bokkun Tikal.
Strawberry: Knuckles Amy Blaze.
Coconut: Cream Silver Cosmo.
It's looks to me their really enjoying them.

I do not think Tikal and Knuckles are related. Because in the games Tikal had no children to be ancestor of Knuckles.
