Ohoo, no no no that's not what I meant at all. Trust me, I know the origin of his entire appearance pretty well. What I was talking about is the 'high' or euphoric expression he has in his face that was exemplified by the dozy look in his eyes. That and the fact that they're 'dilated' to some extent.

I just used a different paintbrush tip \@u@/ ..for the dripping thing..i used the line too first then blurred it and messed it up a little :B
