When I made the first Samus, I wasn't too happy with how she looked. The paint changed color slightly when it was drying so I had trouble matching Samus' skin tone. I absolutely suck at mixing colors to make any skin tone so the color would either come out too pale or too dark. Another issue was I accidentally messed up the clear stand that holds up her leg. I tried to fix it but it didn't look too good... The gold paint on her Amiibo stand was also messed up when I got her so I tried to fix that by painting the whole stand. The paint job on that is so-so; maybe pink and black weren't the best colors for an Amiibo stand.
For the second Samus I made neater looking ruffles, fixed her skin tone, shaded in her hair with brown paints, and left the stand + based the way it is.

TL: DR -> I didn't like how the first Samus came out so I made a new one. Kitty Samus was too cute to give up on.
Older Samus Design
- Repainted skin tone does not match original Amiibo’s skin tone
- Head was removed and then repositioned. Her head was raised so she was looking upward.
- Stand is messed up
- Amiibo stand was repainted because it was messed up too
Newer Samus Design
- Repainted skin tone similar too original Amiibo’s skin tone
- Made ruffles on bikini look better
- Stand and Amiibo base were left alone
