Shiny leggings are everywhere, vinyl puffer jackets are still around and patent high tops or Doc Martens are a thing now. Isn't it grand?
Round it off with a quick trip to Wolford for a clever transparent leotard and Urban Outfitters to steal one of the kid's mesh tops, and you can be the hippest

I do have the RL counterparts to most of these garments, and they do get worn occasionally. Although now in the winter, there's usually another pair of warm tights under the shiny leggings, and a sweater underneath the puffer jacket because ... cold!
