This is simply magnificent. It blends the medival and sci-fi themes perfectly--the monstrous worm-thing and the mounted warrior let us think about all those classical knight vs. monster stories.
The flames and buildings in the distance serve as a nice contrast to the blue in the foreground. Scenes like this offer to give us a lot of inspiration!

I always enjoy these sci-fi-fantasy-chimeras - and this one is really great! You did a good job on the composition. The serpent-like structure in the front leads the eye very well.
