Bolt was an AMAZING movie and was a damn cute dog. And Jolteon is the best pokemon ever, how could anyone confuse the two.

Maybe it was, but I just hate it how everyone goes "But Bolt has a thundermark and is white!" while I'm not reffering to THAT Bolt. xD This is just a Jolteon and his name happends to be Bolt.
