Hair is very good again, but on the right side, it looks like you wanted to get some kind of shadow effect by not putting so much light layer on it... this makes the hair look a bit... uneven... I think you should drawn it like the left side and shade the hair completly on the right side after that...
But maybe I am wrong on that...
