Was going to make the title cyrillic, but DA said I couldn't. I also had to substitute some of the letters with what they're sound like in English.

Anyways, it's the anniversary of Serbia breaking away from the Ottoman Empire back in the 1800s, but if we go way back to when the Principality of Serbia was formed (768), he would be 1246 years old.

Hence the number of candles.

The funny thing is, Kosovo's birthday would be on Monday, so I'll post something for that too.
