The Spruce Wood Dagger is named after the wood that was used to create the handle and the base for the blade to sit. The blade was made out of a special metal that makes it shine when set in the sunlight. The blade itself is used to not only kill and/or injure enemies, it's also used to blind people during battle when used in the sunlight.
