-if ab'd, the adopt will be marked as on hold- the buyer has 24 hours to send payment before they're put back for auction and it'll continue from the last bid
-no sniping- a snipe guard of 1 hour is in effect if a bid is made close to the deadline
-the auction is taking place both on fa/da- bids will be updated from both sites
