I'd like to start off with the fact that I like your work. I really do. This piece however is awkward looking to me. After a long time staring at it I realized that the line that follows the bottom of where the winking eye would be if open cuts through the blush of the cheek. I've got this image of this full cheek and then there's a line through it. I'm not sure why that doesn't bother me as much with the other eye 'cause the same thing is going on. Perhaps because it's open? The world may never know.
That rambling aside I do like the highlights in the hair like whoa.
