Description
Once per turn: You can Tribute 1 Spellcaster monster you control that has a Level; Special Summon 1 Spellcaster Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck, except "Spellbook Witch of the Star Hall", that is 1 Level higher than the Tributed monster's. (This is treated as a Synchro Summon.)

1 Tuner + 1+ Spellcaster non-Tuner monsters
You can only Special Summon "Spellbook Witch(es) of the Star Hall" once per turn. If you control "Spellbook Star Hall", you can also Synchro Summon this card to an Extra Monster Zone by removing 7 Spell Counters from your field. If this card is Synchro or Pendulum Summoned: Place Spell Counters on this card, equal to the number of "Spellbook" cards you control and in your GY with different names. During your Main Phase: You can remove any number of Spell Counters from your field; place 1 Spellcaster Pendulum monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone, with a Level equal to the number removed. You can only use this effect of "Spellbook Witch of the Star Hall" once per turn. If this card in the Monster Zone is destroyed: You can place this card in your Pendulum Zone.
