Well I doodle first, using art of Ashley as reference, then I photograph it with my phone and import it to flash. I outline and colour it in there using layers and bring the finished product into photoshop to cut out the background so it'll be transparent. That's about the gist of it.
Oh, and I mouse draw. No tablets.
