Description Okay so lets begin with some rules on vampires.

1. vampires can't go out in sunlight because the suns rays are so powerful it burns them.
2.vampires are the reanimated corpses of the living come back to drink blood and propegate their species.
3. vampires cannot go into houses or homes unless invited.

So going on these rules i've figured out the only way vampires could exist.

Looking at the first rule. If vampires can't go out in sunlight, then they can't go out at night because moonlight is the suns rays reflected off its surface. granted they are much weaker that regular rays but accounting for the fact that vampires burst into flames and die when exposed to  even a little sunlight, a little light like moonlight should be enough to either make them smoke or at least make them incredibly uncomfortable.

Vampires are the reanimated corpses of the living. given their inability to take any exposure to outside elements, they wouldn't be able to get their hands on much blood. and I would guess that a race that doesn't get any sunlight, moonlight or even freshair for that matter must suffer from vitamin defeciency, a problem like rickets would be prevalent in their species. and even accounting for cloudy days. which may only happen once and while. This doesn't give them much time since the moon or sun could peek through the clouds at any moment.

Here's the big one. Vampires can't go into a home or house unless invited. Now going on that logic. If you ask them to leave wouldn't they have to respect that. I mean if the idea of not being able to come in is a relic of them being polight or just something to do with a home being sacred. Then they'd have to leave the area immediatly.
Also a country is technically a home. It houses a large group of people who share the area and most share the culture.

But whats that you say? a home and a country aren't  the same thing? well lets look at them together. A home has property lines around the perimeter. A country has boundary lines around its perimeter. A house has four walls and a roof. A country has north, south, east, and west lines or walls and a layer of restricted airsapce overhead that acts as a roof. you need permission to enter someones home and a passport to enter a country.  That pretty much makes a country a home.
Now what does this have to do with a vampire in that country hmmm?
Well when someone is dead they can't vote, own property, or even be conisdered a citizen anymore. They are a non person. so if a vampire comes back to life they have no right to be in the country since technically they aren't citizens anymore. And since no one extends invitations for dead people to enter a country. They would have to leave immediatly. In fact the only place in a country they could call home is their coffin. But if the coffin was paid for by the govermnet then it isn't theirs and they'd have to leave that as well.

But where could these undead outcasts go? Why international waters of course. A place where a vampire could live in safety and security. But there's not much chance of finding people out there. Plus there's the problem with transportaion. they can't use ships because they would have to go out on deck and make repairs and sail the thing. So the only option is a submarine. But where do non people get a submarine. The U.S. certainly isn't going to sell them one. So the only thing they can do is wait for an eastern European country to go through a government change or wait for a dictator to be overthrown. Then they can buy military equipment like submarines for cheap.

Problem is, Most of these subs would have been made by the Russians. Meaning Vampires would have to learn Russian. and with all that time spent speaking and learning Russian, bartering with Russians for supplies and goods and more subs. Vampires would eventually just adopt Russian languages and customs due to the constant exposure.
But even with all these weapons where will they get their food? well they would have to sink cruise ships or oil tankers. Then they can loot the ships and take the people for food. So vampires would essentially become pirates.

So using all of this logical information. We can safely come to the conclusion that the only way vampires could exist was if they were Russian submarine pirates. And if you ask me? I'd rather be a werewolf. At least with that you can life a relatively comfortable life. I'd rather go on a killing spree for one day a month than spend my eternity as a pirate in a small old Russian sub waiting for the next cruise ship to make an appearance so i can eat.
Man that would suck something awful.

For more information on vampires and such.  Don't bother seeing as how they don't exist anyways.
