Looks good, but he does look very feminine and his shoulders are very narrow. His arm to the right side is positioned somewhat strangely, so it is hard to see how he is posing it.
I do like the colouring and linework on his clothing, in particular, the garment over his torso. The choice of color palette is also attractive.
I don't quite think that this piece looks finished, though.
