Amazing. Drawing hands has always been known as difficult prictice. WhatΒ sethness Β says is right : thumb on bottle looks like it's gone too far from base of hand.
But you've done a great job , that others could learn on this.

Wonderful! An artist once told me a good way to practice sketching is to draw your hand without picking up the pencil, but I have a terrible time with them. xD The shading and creases and I just don't get along very well. lol
