Description
An interpretation of the Seven Cardinal Sins applied to the Mane6 and Spike.A picture based on "The Seven Deadly Sins and the Four Last Things" by Hieronymus Bosch [link]
There are many definitions of what the Seven Sins mean so I wrote my own interpretations along with the reasons of why each pony is related to the sin. In some cases there are many candidates for a particular one (for example, Pride with Rarity, Dashie or Twilly), so I present what I think is the best and complete combination.
Anyway, don't take it seriously:

Wrath, as an inordinate and uncontrolled feeling of hatred and anger.
Twilight Sparkle, the first one that goes nuts at any problem.

Greed is applied to a very excessive or rapacious desire and pursuit of wealth.
Applejack with her workalcoholism and her intentions at the Great Galloping Gala (besides that it was for altruistic reasons). Maybe greed aplies better to Rarity, but for her I reserved the following:

Lust, as excessive thoughts or desires of a sexual nature.
Rarity + Prince Bluehood... (Talking about Spike, he's still a little innocent dragon)

Pride (on the negative sense), as a desire to be more important than others and excessive love of self.
Rainbow Dash fits the best here, thinking of herself as the coolest pony in Equestria (even though she's right!)

Envy, as a resentful emotion that occurs when a person lacks another's (perceived) superior quality or possession and wishes that the other lacked it.
The hardest one, nopony showed any sign of true envy. The best case I found was Fluttershy in "Putting Your Hoof Down" (Ironwill episode): as a very shy pony I believe that maybe she has a very deep desire to be like her friends and with that thing in mind she followed Ironwill's advices without caring about the other's feelings.

Sloth, as laziness.
Sure that we have seen Spike working a lot of times, but also he is always the last one to get up in the morning and the first one going to bed at night.

Gluttony, as over-consumption of food and drink.

Nice interpretation, and you explained your reasoning very well. Personally, I had a somewhat different take on it:
Wrath. As demonstrated in "Best Night Ever" (and arguably "Putting Your Hoof Down" as well), it seems that one reason for her softspoken nature is that she bottles up her anger, causing her to explode at inopportune times. This unhealthy way of managing anger could qualify her for this position.
Pride. Although I certainly can't argue with your pick, it's clear that Twilight thinks excessively well of herself. She freaks out when she fails to understand something ("Feeling Pinkie Keen") or comes up short of perfection ("Lesson Zero").
Sloth. As prideful as she tends to be, she's also made no secret that one of her favorite hobbies is napping.
Envy. Admittedly, this is difficult to prove, but I always had the feeling that, deep down, Spike really wishes he were a pony so he could fit in with everyone else.

I like this, but... Spike does seem to fit greed better. Of course, he also fits sloth, and lust, and envy, and pride, and wrath, and gluttony...

Heh. Reading the Wikipedia links branching off of the Bosch entry you linked in the main description, "Lust" applies to ANY strong desire, and sometimes is replaced by "Luxury" or "Extravagance".

I think this is dead-on! Applejack's pragmatic pursuit of material wealth is much more a matter of "greed" than Rarity's coveting of shiny things because they're pretty.
Rarity, on the other hoof ... definitely lust. She doesn't just fall to it herself ... she USES it as a TOOL, to get other ponies (and Spike) to do what she wants.
... and yes, if anypony envies any of the others, it's Fluttershy.

Yeah but he learned self control in that episode, he won't let himself be greedy again. However he's still lazier than Rainbow Dash.

Rarity seems to be generous to a fault, she just uses gemstones in the dresses she makes because she is an obsessive compulsive perfectionist and nothing she does is ever good enough to meet her expectations, She had actually insisted on making the gangs' outfits for the grand galloping gala, Except Spike's Tuxedo which Twilight conjured up with magic.
