This is a great picture! I love the contrast of the beautiful colored butterfly against all the dark mayhem surrounding it. The picture has a certain feel of darkness that still holds on to a tad of hope, represented by that small butterfly. Very well done.

It's interesting to note that the way he portrayed the butterfly as a manifestation of Zee Captain's mind is that of a damaged butterfly. A wholly beautiful creature as a whole but a pitiful, fleeting creature once damage is incurred. Much like the humanity that surrounds him, the devastation of nuclear war ensuring that the scars linger for far too long.
Perhaps his mind is seeking a coping mechanism, attempting to convey all of his perception into an easily understood metaphor?
He seems to have issues coping with the concept of what has happened, the fact that he talks and even barters with skeletons speaks volumes about his mental stability.
Still, perhaps I am looking to far into it. It is certainly amazing. I look forward to more RA in the future. Good luck
