based on a dream from may of 2019
It was a weird one, where I found these soft pinecones on the hard wood floors, and tipped one over to have little black seeds fall into my hand. I remember thinking how strange it was.
Then I noticed something else in the room, glowing bright on the wall. And there it hung, a wooden pinecone blooming like a flower.

So this was an excuse to put more detail into a piece. I have a couple other commissions going, so this was my fun piece in the meanwhile.
