You know I see this every morning when I look in the mirror, the resemblance is uncanny xD
I also worked in a cafe/coffee shop through college, this is the "ugh I'm dying" phase which is preceded by the "don't talk to me" phase and followed by the "caffeine, I.V. now" phase and finally the 'homocidal' phase where "give me the damn coffee before I rip your eyes out with my bare hands" is a polite way of asking for your coffee.
