Description
Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 monsters you control with a Level difference of 7 to the GY (1 Level 8 or higher Tuner and 1 non-Tuner Monster). Negate the effects of face-up monsters without a Level that were Special Summoned from the Extra Deck. If your opponent Special Summons a monster(s) (except during the Damage Step): You can add 1 "Celesei" card from your Deck to your hand. You can only use this effect of "Celesei Okrem" once per turn. This card can attack all monsters your opponent controls that do not have a Level once each. While you control a "Celesei" Ritual or Fusion monster, all "Celesei" monsters you control gain the following effect:
● This card cannot have its ATK reduced, also if this card battles a monster that was Special Summoned from the Extra Deck (Quick Effect): increase this card's ATK equal to half the ATK of the attack target, during damage calculation only.
