Description
Cannot be Synchro Summoned. Must be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by sending 2 monsters you control with a Level difference of 7 to the GY (1 Level 8 or higher Tuner and 1 non-Tuner Monster). During your Main Phase, you can activate 1 of these effects:
● Target 2 of your banished "Celesei" monsters; return them to the GY, then destroy 1 card your opponent controls.
● Pay 700 LP; halve the ATK/DEF of 1 monster your opponent controls, also negate that monster's effects. If that monster does not have a Level, change its ATK/DEF to 0 instead.
You can only use this effect of "Celesei Galosa" once per turn, and only once that turn. If this card leaves the field due to an opponent's card: Special Summon "Celesei" monsters from your GY whose total ATKs equal 2000, but they cannot activate their effects this turn, also they cannot be destroyed by battle this turn. You can only control 1 "Celesei Galosa".
