This is Vorken and Nori, a Dureth and Angeth, from my story Portals. They are a couple and have know each other for along time.They are slaves to Crossbreeds so they are all that they have.

I'm working on my own original manga too, so I know that it seems daunting. But it's really fun! Challenging, but fun.

lol Hmm to give you an idea on how hard this is for me....
I have 17 story ideas, some more developed then others, three of which don't have titles. Then the oldest story idea, Portals, has various stories linked to it and has probably 100 characters related to it.(includeing these two, Vorken and Nori) It has been in my head since about 6th grade and I am about to be in my 2nd year of college.
It kills me so much to not do them. T.T

I lied, I have a second story that went pretty far. I ended up finding someone to write the script for me and I did the illustrations. Because of it I had Tokyopop ask me to be one of the artists for the Lord of the Rings manga, but it was my senior year of hs and I didn't have time to do it. T___T *dies*

I only have one story and it's been in my head since 6th grade too. O.o; I tried drawing a manga version in early hs, but obviously that didn't turn out well. o.- I wish I could draw pple a bit better so I could pull off a manga.

Well, I'd slowly work on one of the ideas-- maybe not the most developed idea, just to practice. If I were you I'd just work on it, drawing a draft, maybe just a chapter or two. If you like where that one's going, I'd go with inking/adding dialouge, shading, etc.and just focus on that story for a while.
Of course, if you didn't want to stay with that story, you could go with one of the others.
But I wouldn't worry about keeping ideas for a long time, you have your whole life to draw them. ^_^
As I said, it may seem daunting at first, but you're not going to accomplish anything by not diving on in! *cheesy thumbs up*

oh I have tried. lol I just need someone who knows the characters as much as me cracking the whip behind me and telling me "no! that is not in character and the plot is going on the wrong path!"
With Portals I have tried 15 times to start and have hated them all. T.T I don't know why i don't like them.
I guess it's me trying to perfect it too much. lol
Maybe if I could type some stuff up and post it here it might help.
