it's based on Ian Mckellen cinematic portrayal of the character, from The Lord of the Rings - The Fellowship of the Ring (mostly from Moria scenes). This costume as a whole is made only from 100% natural fabrics such as linen, cotton, wool, jute and leather for maximum accuracy and comfort. The Grey Wizard's costume consists of several layers of gray fabrics, all hand-dyed in various shades of gray, aged and dirtied up to look same as the original. The layers are: large pants/culottes, main wizard robe, woven belt, bag with a braided strap, pair of fingerless gloves, cloak, scarf and a pointy wide-brimmed hat. With the costume also comes Gandalf's staff, sword Glamdring, pipe + handmade tobacco pouch with a pipe nail. I also have Gandalf's ring: Narya.
