So, um, reupload much? I accidentally deleted this poor little guy. this is Kiku and Ivan from Hetalia, also known as Japan and Russia. Did this in World History, just a doodle on my notes about, believe it or not, Imperialism.
I don't own the characters, but I did make up the coustume design!
Kiku is wearing the summer version of the uniform, since Japan is considered warm, and Ivan is in the winter version, since, obviously, Russia is cold!
