Drew this while listening to Dear Friends - Triplane, hence the title. It's a sad and dreamy-ish song that I discovered from One Piece.Tested out new CG techniques with this drawing and played with colours. It was fun!
The idea first came to me as I was browsing pictures of cherry blossom trees on google. It's been a while since I did a background, so I wanted to get un-rusty again! Haha;
Gahh I can't believe summer's almost over. ;A; I've been so unproductiveeee.

I have a question, do you draw this by hand or a computer program, and if it is a computer program what is it called? because i not the best at hand drawing but on programs i can draw out things extremely better than by hand.

I did this in Paint Tool SAI.
LOL programs don't help your drawing skills IMO. They can make the things you draw look a little better, but they don't further your understanding of anatomy or anything like that. XD;

Well, i understand that they don't improve anything. But i personally don't prefer to draw traditionally with paper and the drawing utensils because i have absolutely no skill in that, so because of that i do things more with programs.
