But this is my (long-overdue) art-trade with ~neko-messa

I wish I had done more for a bg, but I suck at bgs, and I actually had already drawn a different picture for her and colored almost all of it, and tossed it cuz the bg sucked *0*
I hope its okay though
Note: I know the skirt might seem a little short, but it was supposed to be blowing *i guess XD. Just so you know, i'm not a perv, lol*
