I've always liked Fo. x3 (Well, some people spell her name For, but I'm used to the manga and I think Fo is more fun to say.) She reminds me of one of my favorite Vocaloids, and I just think she's funny. I had to draw her eventually, and after being into D.Gray-man for a year and a half, I've finally gotten around to it.

I didn't have very many references for this, since I essentially got the idea and decided in the next couple of hours to draw it. The only thing I used as a reference was the cover of volume 8, in which the picture was fairly unclear, and some random images from volume 21 just to get the thing on her head. So there's probably quite a bit of imaginative and artistic liberty here... I also couldn't figure out what her upper torso was supposed to be (it looks like a cross between skin and clothing, which utterly confused me), so I just tried to keep it simple.

One of my main aims here was working on keeping the proportions between the head and shoulders correct. I always tend to make shoulders too wide, especially with characters like Fo who have some sort of power or fighting specialty, so I tried really hard to keep this from happening. I hope it worked and that I didn't overcorrect again...

Also, attempted action lines. Not sure if I like the result. o3o But I couldn't exactly put it back after I tried it, and I like to try to experiment with something in every one of my pieces if I can.
