Your recent success against GDI forces has impressed Kane. And in recognition of your skills and undying loyalty to the Brotherhood of Nod, he has seen fit to raise you to one of his favoured children and give you command of the 13th Cadre – an elite strike force of the Brotherhood, tasked with particularly difficult and/or secretive missions on Kane’s personal behest.
As such you have also been assigned a command team of four members to aid you in your ongoing service to the Brotherhood.

The fourth member of your team is - Propagandist Fellis Lair
Fellis had aspirations of joining our Brotherhood from a young age. When she was saved from marauders by Nod soldiers as a girl she dedicated herself fiercely to our course. Through nothing but her own charismatic rhetoric and tireless work she started a campaign that swayed her city to support the Brotherhood, for which she was inducted into our ranks as a propagandist officer. Which was a role that she took to with enthusiasm. Being exceptionally charming and passionate, Fellis has worked both in the open to make broadcast recordings to sway citizens to our course or boost morale, and behind the scenes to bribe, extort, threaten, and cajole members of GDI to defect and join our ranks. On your team she will no doubt be invaluable to work as your diplomat and propaganda officer to boost morale and recruit people to your course.
