These dolls are known as BJD and they are totally customizable.
I mean, these dolls are bald and "blind" (they have no eyes; just two holes XD): you have to get a wig and a pair of glass eyeballs for her. It sounds weird, I know XDD
There are lots of online shops where you can find different color and hairstyle wigs and eyes for dolls.
I wanted to make a doll of Annabeth, so I just purchased a blond curly wig and grey eyes
(and I also painted her face to make her look natural, with blond eyebrows)
