It’s about time this strip did a Voltron reference.
This ends a crazy experiment: one long story arc. This one lasted a dozen strips, but I don’t think I’ll attempt something like this any time soon. When I do my normal strips, I can adjust the schedule depending on my own. If I get too busy, I can work on a shorter strip, and save a longer one for another time. But with a story arc as long as this one, everything is already planned out, so I had to stick with the plan. Unfortunately I got very, very busy, and I ended up completing each of these strips the night before–and I hate waiting till the last minute for these things up. So… four strips in a story arc? Totally doable. Twelve? That’s bananas, man.

Ooh, have you seen the NEW Voltron show on Netflix? Actually worth watching. It's by Dreamworks, with great classic animation on the characters and cel-shaded CGI on the robots. I recommend it.

I've seen a couple episodes (my kids have watched them all several times). I need to finish it, because I really enjoyed what I saw. The voice actors are particularly well chosen.
