Little Winter Spirits come out of their dens only when enough snow has fallen. Most often they can be spotted in the evening and at night. Quiet but very curious, Winter Spirits like to watch humans and sometimes even take a look into the windows but still very seldom enter a house uninvited.
They are most active at Christmas and on New Year's night, as they are small winter miracles themselves. And this is when humans have the best chance to meet them.
