Another piece of Katara, an *epic* character, from Avatar: the Last Airbender!This is yet another piece that I've spent waaaay longer on than I should have - but at least it came out rather well! The background is still a little dull, but I think it's passable; in the past, I've often felt that my backgrounds just take away from the piece
