Hey.Its been a long time since I submited some art... I was sleeping <_<....
Anyway,here it is, another pokemon picture this time with Team Rocket.
Youre probably wondering,where is Jessy....Well... I kinda forgot to draw her..;;
Well if you miss her,just imagine her somewhere in the pic.

how do you get such smooth color transitions?

I use smudge tool and blur tool to smooth. and its important to use not just 2 colors for one piece (dark and light) but many colors between them and so youll get smooth transitions.
