eehm... sometimes you have to give them credits and sometimes not xD
I give always credit, so I'm sure that I did not break some rules ._.

If you find a picture with this message, you HAVE to notify them
(sent a mail with a link to your deviation, or post directly a link on his profile on sxc.hu)

2)
Credit them on deviantArt
Name his username on sxc.hu (for example: hands-stock by eyebiz)
and post a link to his stock.
