nope, only edited with Lightroom (by Adobe too). It depends on the photos but I prefer use Lightroom now, the workflow is really increased on it, and the gain of time is colossal, perfectly adapted to digital pics and quick edit and adjustments. When I want a special thing, or a special effect/ color/ adjustment, detail enhancement, I still use photoshop though 
You can have those kind of colors on PS too, using the Gradient Map adjustment filter, which you can use to make the exact ambient you need

Lightroom is based on photoshop for the edit, it's just simpler to use, but you can do exactly the same with PS, even more things ! You should try to find some tutos for photoshop, and thent, you'll keep the essential of all of that and find your own way to edit.
