I'm a little late to the game but I have just finished the Clone Wars and I absolutely love Ahsoka. Like others I really was struck by this drawing. I like it very much but I will offer one observation (not criticism) I hope you won't mind. There is something odd about Ahsoka's face, like it's a bit too pretty - It's almost like she is channeling Padme. I'm not complaining - your Ahsoka drawings really stand out in Google images. Cheers and thank you for feeding my soul with such a lovely and thoughtful scene.

Beautifully drawn, superbly done, yet another great depiction of one of Star Wars' loveliest couples.Β Furthermore, I find this depiction of Ahsoka and Lux particularly and extremely realistic for a pencil drawing. Not only is the picture a very detailed and nice picture to look at, but the way you have drawn the two lovers is so lifelike that it is almost as if you made a sketch of two people you actually met in real life. Plus, the clothes you drew for Ahsoka and Lux are also very nice (especially Ahsoka's dress), for they seem both modern and renaissance-like. If I may, I highly recommend thatΒ you re-use some of these clothing in your animation, for they are truly very well done.
In short, bravo for your splendid and realistic artwork, and keep up the good work!

I'm not sure if you did something different from your usual traditional medium style, but this stands out from the rest and I really love this! I can't stop staring at it. You've captured both characters incredibly well and the shading is simply beautiful. From the attention to the clothes to their facial expressions and everything in between... great job!

This is a wonderful picture yet again. You are getting so much better with drawing my favorite Star Wars couple--much more than Han and Leia and Anidala. I especially like the way you draw Ahsoka's eyes. They are bigger than Lux's and so pretty. Keep up the good work. I do wonder why you don't draw Ahsoka's silka bead braid. Perhaps to show she is completely out of the Order? PS. Wonderful dress. Can I use this as my desktop picture? Good luck, johnt

This drawing would fit perfectly in a scene in Chapter 25 "Ball on Naboo" of A new beginning - Tale of a Togruta on fanfiction.net. In this scene, Ahsoka and Lux haven't seen each other for a while. They are both at a ball on Naboo and when Ahsoka goes looking for Lux, she finds him but she sees that some girl is trying to seduce Lux away from her. Ahsoka quietly moves towards them, gets their attention, pulls Lux into a kiss, which he returns, looks at the girl and says, "He's mine." Every time I see your picture I am reminded of that scene and vice-versa. johnt

Sometimes I feel blah and uninspired, but I can take a ugly modern shirt and turn it into something different.
My sister was always good with designing medieval clothing. I think it just takes a little of the right kind of inspiration.
