Abe Kaiyo is a young aspiring hero, attending UA High School. She is one of the few students who got in through recommendation, due to her father and mother being two notable heroes. However, it was her father's quirk that she inherited.

With the power of Ora project, an emitter quirk, she is able to extend her ora to reach out and grab. Kaiyo must remain calm in order to out put, the calmer she is the more she can lift, pull, ect.

Kayio's fate was unfortunately sealed before she was born. Her mother was kidnapped by a villain. Her father turned to his old "friend", Pro hero's Endeavor. Beging him to help save his then pregnant wife. Endeavor agreed, under one condition, if this child was born with Ora project they would marry his. The mission was a success.

After sometime, when Kaiyo's quirk manifested, Enji Todoroki was quick to keep her and his son, Shoto Todoroki, close together.

For years she kept her head held high. Trying to focus on becoming a hero. After long hours of training she found peace in ice skating. A way to pass the time turned into a love for the sport of figure skating.
