Cover for intermission 1 . Tala is formally introduced, and we get a glimpse of her quest for attention and money. [1.8k words]This is another redraw from 2021. She was originally on the deck of the boat, but I decided that a cargo hold would be easier to draw. I drew it before finishing the chapter so it ended up shaping the story.
