Long-tailed tit (Aegithalos caudatus). This bird got this nickname in Hungary, because with its tiny round body and long tail it really somewhat looks like a lollipop.In Hungary, this bird has two forms, one with a white head and one with a striped head. This specimen is the latter. The white-headed form can be seen here:
